Bought this board for my wife and she’s loving it. The lib tech team know their stuff. Hitting groomers, some powder and some jumps….this board does it all. Get loads of compliments for the graphics!

The Cortado is a balanced all mountain board that hits the sweet spot between freestyle and freeride. Not coincidentally, the Cortado coffee drink is a 1 to 1 balanced ratio of espresso and milk. I started riding in ‘92 in VT with Burton products. In 1999, I demo’d a LibTech and I have been hooked since. Back then, I rode only “boy” boards (not much available for girls in 90’s and 2000’s brought Barbie graphics). First Lib Tech was Jamie Lynn litter box cat….second was 2010 Blue Nude Sock Puppet Phoenix Series. I LOVED these boards and rode the hell out of them. It was time to retire my sweet Blue Nude and I was excited to get a new Lib. After reading reviews, I selected the Cortado….excited to see if my love affair with Lib would continue. It has NOT disappointed. It is a GREAT all mountain board. It responds really well….and it felt exactly like my previous board but with new board flex. Ryder Biolos graphics are sweet…I highly recommend it - appropriate for both intermediate and advanced skill levels.

Love the board but disappointed in how quickly it's worn
I purchased this board brand new and took it out as a trial for 2 1/2 hours on groomed runs. I rode timid and conservative and never went near the park or trees. I shared the lift but was aware of my brand new board and pampered it. At the end of my 1/2 day, I noticed 4 chips on the top outside of my board. They're fairly significant chips considering the mild use of the board and I have to say, I'm disappointed in the quality. I've had boards that have been downright abused and thrown in the back of trucks that have shown similar wear after multiple uses over multiple seasons. I brought the board into the shop I purchased it from to see what their opinion was and they figured the wear on it was pretty standard but I'd have to say I've seen much better. I'm still looking forward to getting back on it and seeing what it can do and I'll just have to try to overlook this 'issue' and enjoy it.

Ich bin Anfängerin aber ambitioniert.Dieses Board ist der Hammer. Es verkantet nicht,ich kann damit stabil und schnell über die Piste fetzen und supereinfach Kurven fahren.Fehler verzeiht es immer.Im Powder hat es super Auftrieb und ist leicht zu kontrollieren.Ich werde sicher noch viel Spaß damit haben und schnell vorankommen. Ein Manko ist,dass die Farbe auf der Unterseite beim Wachsen ausblutet und die Enden der Kanten etwas überstanden.Zweiteres hab ich abgeschliffen und ersteres sieht man eh nicht, bis ich Backflips kann.Von daher bin ich sehr glücklich mit meiner Wahl.

Perfect board!
Bought this board for my gf and she absolutely loves it! Lately she had some problems with boards from different brands cause she's pretty tall but light weighted. But these problems are now gone... thanks to the Cortado! And the price? Pretty low for the quality you get!
