Lib Technologies is dedicated to hands on board building and riding. We have spent a lifetime surfing, shaping and working with alternative high performance environmentally friendly materials and constructions. Traditional surf construction has always felt too fragile and the building process is toxic and unhealthy for the planet and crafts people... we knew there had to be a better way.

Introducing our all new lighter, stronger ECO IMPACTO 2 LITE construction featuring our new rugged Hammerbox Fin Technology “the best best in the biz” and new Eco Lite upcycled foam wrapped in pressure treated Hexylite thermo fusion power panels, G-Glass and Magnesium fiber fused in our plant based Bio Matrix resin system.




Developed for the beatings that boards take in wave pools we are excited to take fin boxes to the next level. The backbone of Hammerbox technology is a proprietary glass reinforced Urethane formula that enhances durability and performance.

FOAM DUST AND OFF CUT RECYCLING
Our amazing Nitrogen Cell foam contains 25-40% recycled material and we are able to recycle 100% of our offcuts and shavings back into foam. (Traditional surfboard scrap foam ends up in the landfill.)
Unused blank tusks and shavings are run through our in-house thermo densification process and turned into high density bricks which are up-cycled back into foam!


1) Tusks and shavings are run through the chopper.


2) Ground up foam is melted and re-extruded into dense bricks.


3 )Bricks are palletized and sent off to make more foam!
