Lib Technologies is dedicated to hands on board building and riding. Traditional surf construction has always felt too fragile and the building process is toxic and unhealthy for the planet and crafts people... we knew there had to be a better way.

FOAM DUST AND OFF CUT RECYCLING
Our amazing Nitrogen Cell foam contains 25-40% recycled material and we are able to recycle 100% of our offcuts and shavings back into foam. (Traditional surfboard scrap foam ends up in the landfill.)
Tusks and shavings are run through the chopper.
Ground up foam is melted and re-extruded into dense bricks.
Bricks are palletized and sent off to make more foam!
