Das Hydra ist das fortschrittlichste Kleinwellen-Brett, das ich jemals entwickelt habe!

Es vereint mehr als 25 Jahre meiner Shaping-Expertise aus Kleinwellen-Fish Designs und Miniwellen-Hybrids. Das Grundkonzept ist ein insgesamt sehr flacher Board-Rocker, der gepaart ist mit einem Mix aus einer fast traditionellen Fish-Outline und einem ans Snowboarden angelehnten Sidecut. Die Mischung aus dem speziellen Double-Concave “Hydra-Hull” im hinteren Bereich und dem “Split Diamond Tail”, das sowohl das Rail verkürzt und gleichzeitig der Kante beim Turn hinten mehr “Bite” verleiht, sorgt zusammen mit dem insgesamt flachen Deck und den fehlerverzeihenden (runderen) Rails für ein sehr vielseitiges, anpassungsfähiges Board, dass sich mit seinem sehr breiten Tail, dennoch radikal surfen lässt. - Matt Biolos
